Terms of Service

By creating an account or using StaticForms ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and UPG ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of static-forms.com.

StaticForms provides form-handling infrastructure that accepts HTTP POST submissions from HTML forms and delivers notifications to email addresses or Telegram channels that you configure. We store submission data on your behalf.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct phishing campaigns.
• Collect personal data without a lawful basis or without informing your end users.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Transmit malware, exploit code, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

You own the form submissions collected through your endpoints. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect your visitors' data and that you comply with all applicable privacy laws. You must maintain an adequate privacy policy on your own website.

The Service connects to third-party platforms including SMTP2GO (email delivery), Telegram (messaging), and Clerk (authentication). Use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. StaticForms is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SMTP2GO, Telegram, Cloudflare, WordPress, Elementor, or any other third party mentioned in our documentation or marketing materials. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any lost submissions or delivery failures caused by third-party providers (e.g. SMTP2GO outages, Telegram API downtime).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@static-forms.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice (except in cases of serious breach, where immediate termination applies).

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
